Resilio Capital is an investment fund led by two entrepreneurs with the purpose of identifying, acquiring and growing a single company.
The founders and administrators of the fund are Francisco Cortes and Rolando Salinas. The partners bring experience from leading business institutions in management consulting, investment banking, investing, and operating roles.

Francisco and Rolando share successful careers in renowned business institutions that have provided them with extensive experience in strategy, finance and operations. Their previous roles include management consulting, investment banking, tech and credit investing, and the operation of high-growth companies.
Francisco Cortes
Partner

Francisco is a founding partner of Resilio Capital. Before founding Resilio Capital, Francisco led the design and development of the sales operations function for Minu, a Mexican fintech that raised one of the largest seed rounds in the country in 2019. Francisco was also part of the founding team of Northgate Capital’s Mexico Credit Fund I, one of the country’s first institutionally backed private debt funds. During his time at Northgate, he led the analysis and execution of 6 credit investments in various industries including financial services, education, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals, adding up to more than US$ 110 MM in invested capital. Prior to Northgate, Francisco worked as a business analyst for McKinsey & Company in Mexico City, where he advised diverse clients in industries including oil & gas, financial services, and CPG.
Francisco holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Rolando Salinas
Partner

Rolando is a founding partner of Resilio Capital. Before founding Resilio Capital, Rolando led the product and user experience areas at Auronix, a technology company within the telecommunications sector which was acquired by the Mexican investment fund Polo Capital Partners. Prior to Auronix, Rolando was an associate at IGNIA Partners, one of the largest venture capital funds in Mexico. During his years at IGNIA he led the analysis and execution of 6 venture investments in various industries including fintech, software and education technologies, adding to more than US $ 7 MM in invested capital. Prior to IGNIA, Rolando worked as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley, covering Latin America, from New York. During his time at Morgan Stanley, he advised diverse clients in industries including real estate, natural resources, infrastructure, retail, among others
Rolando holds a BS in Economics and Finance from New York University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
